Calorie Killer Cardio Blast
Trim down and tone up! This class is led by LARA gymnastics instructor John Rowe and is not for the faint at heart, or lung. Thirty minutes will be all you rneed as John puts you through a wonderfully exhilarating combination of kickboxing techniques, plyometrics, isometric strength drills, and core stabilizing exercises.
Fees
- $25 / $32.50NR for one day per week per session
- $50 / $65NR for two days per week per session
- $65 / $84.50 NR for three days per week per session
