Gymnastics, Evening Session VI

General Information

Learn basic to advanced movement on floor, balance beam, vault and uneven parallel bars.
Please call the LARA Gymnastics Center for more information regarding the class levels.
Eight week sessions with eight classes per session.

New Fitnastics

Join the LARA Gymnastics Center as it launches one of its most exciting programs yet!
Fitness should be fun! And no one knows fitness like gymnasts. But LARA knows that not everyone wants to be a gymnast. Fitnastics is the answer! Using all of the equipment our full-service gym has to offer, Fitnastics is a great way to play and get in shape.
The hour-long program will run on Mondays from 6:30pm-7:30pm for kids ages 6-12. They will traverse obstacle courses, climb mats, run fast, jump high, and play hard. The class will use bars, beams, and mats for building a variety of dexterity and strength skills, while avoiding the repetitive gymnastics drills many kids find tedious.
Fitnastics will be a full-body workout that leaves kids begging to stay, but ready for bed.
