General Registration Policy
1. All programs have a minimum and maximum enrollment and are filled on a “ first PAID, space available” basis. (Participants will not be permitted in any LARA program unless payment is received in full at the LARA office before the start of the program.)
2. Registration for programs will begin online Friday, August 31st (Mail-ins and walk-ins will begin Sept. 3) and continue until three working days before the start of each program unless otherwise noted.
Registrations will be processed in the order they are received at LARA office.
3. Two fees are listed for each program in the leisure guide.
• The first fee listed is the RESIDENT FEE (Residents of Lewisburg Borough & East Buffalo TWP.). LARA reserves the right to require proof of residency.
• The second fee listed is the NON-RESIDENT FEE (NR). All participants who reside outside of Lewisburg Borough and East Buffalo Township are assessed the NR rate.
4. Payment by Cash, Mastercard, Visa, personal check or money order made payable to LARA. (You can now register & pay online @ www.golara.org).

Instructors are not permitted to accept registrations and/or payments.
6. Service charges.
A) $5.00 fee will be assessed on all refunds requested by participants. *Please see Refund Policy.
B) NFS Checks: Any returned checks will be assessed a $30.00 service charge.
7. The Lewisburg Area Recreation Authority reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or combine classes.
8. Listen to WGRC / WQKX / and WMLP for program cancellations. If LASD schools are closed due to holiday or bad weather, LARA programs that are held in the schools will also be cancelled or postponed.
9. Participants will not be permitted in any LARA program unless payment is received in full on line or at the LARA office before the start of the program.
