For insurance purposes, participants in some LARA programs will be required to sign a waiver. By registering to participate in these recreation programs, each resident realizes the inherent risks involved in the program and understands the nature of these risks. The applicant holds the Recreation Authority harmless for any damage caused by the participation in these programs. The Lewisburg Area Recreation Authority provides no medical insurance for participants.
